華航從十二月一日起接手復興航空航線，傳出交通部與行政院不同調，行政院發言人徐國勇昨（二十四）日中午再次強調，「以我說的為準」。徐國勇說，「因為我說的就是院長的裁示」。

政院前（二十三）日晚間宣布，交通部依據民用航空法第五十九、六十條，指揮華航在十二月一日必須接手所有復興航空的航線，華航也已表明運量沒有問題。不過，交通部做出解釋，華航只接手台北│花蓮與台中│花蓮航線。至於復興航空兩岸航線及國際航線，將由民航局收回後重新分配。

對此，媒體昨天中午在行政院會提問，為何會有前述落差，到底哪一個資訊才是正確？而徐國勇是在回應時作了前述表示。

徐國勇再次強調，自己是根據院長的裁示，一五一十轉述給各位媒體朋友了解，「我的轉述完全正確，沒有一個字有差」。

徐國勇還說，華航的重大訊息揭露，昨日在證交所特別提到，接手復興航空航線這一部分是短期措施，是要保障旅客的權益，如果不趕快把復興航空的航線趕快承接起來，旅客的權益會受到損害，這也是何以行政院趕快請華航來做處理。

徐國勇再次強調，除了金門飛澎湖的航線以外，所有復興航空的航線統統由華航在短期內接手。
